These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PalmBorn. By creating an account, accessing, or using PalmBorn, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PalmBorn. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2) Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate account information

Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

3) License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, PalmBorn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

4) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use PalmBorn for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Upload content you do not have rights to use
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with app infrastructure
  • Circumvent app limits, payment flows, or access controls
  • Use automated methods to scrape or abuse the service
  • Use PalmBorn to harass, threaten, or violate others' rights

5) Readings and Disclaimer

PalmBorn readings are AI-generated and intended for self-reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions based on app content.

6) Purchases and Billing

PalmBorn may offer paid features (for example, Pro unlock). Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play (and entitlement tooling such as RevenueCat). Pricing, taxes, billing, renewals (if any), cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where you purchased.

7) Intellectual Property

PalmBorn, including its software, branding, design, and non-user-generated content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

You retain rights in content you provide, but you grant us the rights needed to process that content and operate PalmBorn.

8) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PalmBorn if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use creates risk to users, systems, or legal compliance
  • We discontinue or materially change the service

You may stop using PalmBorn at any time.

9) Service Availability and Changes

PalmBorn may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all features will always remain the same.

10) Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalmBorn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalmBorn and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising from or related to your use of the app.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
